Everything in our store is an instant digital download, so our policy is no refunds. Every product page lays out exactly what's inside, so you know what you're getting before you buy.

That said, we stand behind every pack. If something's broken, missing, or not what we promised, email support@sonic-weaponry.com and we'll make it right. In special cases, that includes a refund.
